| Gary Weinman of American Business Intermediaries (ABI) and David Sweeten of Business Brokers of Texas (BBOT) have entered into an Affiliation Agreement whereby the two companies will combine resources to better serve the Central and South Texas Market for Sell-Side Representation of small to middle market businesses. Gary & David believe the affiliation of ABI & BBOT will create the only Central & South Texas combined resource for M&A Advisory and Business Broker Services. The affiliation will provide a one stop shop for business owners seeking representation for the sale of their business. The combined resources of ABI and BBOT will allow for representation of owners of businesses with market values of $250,000 to values in excess of $50,000,000. By allocating the combined resources based upon the specific experience and competency of staff, David & Gary believe will not only appeal to a larger market, but will provide for a more efficient and successful transaction for clients.
